Dr. Granger is the Owner and Chiropractic Doctor at Thrive Spinal Care, a NUCCA chiropractic center serving Cooper City and Davie. His goal is to provide the most gentle, safe, and effective care for the health of your spine. Whether you are a mom looking for help for your child, a dad looking for relief from chronic pain, or an athlete looking to gain a competitive edge, the Thrive Spinal Care team can help you reach your health goals.

Dr. Granger attended the University of Central Florida, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a minor in Fitness. He is a certified athletic trainer and worked with Division I athletes in soccer, football, basketball, and softball at both UCF and Rollins College along with high school-level football players.

He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. During his time there, Dr. Granger studied and mastered several chiropractic techniques. However, a seminar he attended after his first year steered the direction of his future practice.
